So many things to update! It's been a productive day at April's Creations NC . I took the day off from my full-time job and was a chauffeur for my son for a bit of the day, but glad he got to volunteer with his old band teacher! We got to have some lunch together also. Got a request from a client and did an urgent job and add on this morning. A monogram on a scarf for her daughter and a single letter on her doggie's harness.  Pics are posted on my Instagram account & Business Facebook page.

Also worked on a personal project with plans to make some more for sale on Etsy @ my store! Also started my QAL with Sew Kind of Wonderful!

Tech deficient

Yes, so I think I have some tech savvy and then I try to do something, like add on to a linky party with Sew Kind of Wonderful for this QAL and I am reminded of my deficiencies! 😳

So I will continue to try and make progress on this effort!

Little Vacation this past weekend

Hello all again, got to have a relaxing break this past weekend.  My husband had meet some goals at work earlier this year and earned a 4 day getaway to the South Carolina Coast, Litchfield, SC to be exact.  First time we (Husband and son) have vacationed down there and stayed at a wonderful resort.  It was unseasonably warm, upper 70's and low 80's by Sunday!!! In the end of December, who's messing with the calendar?  Any way, while the "boys" were golfing, I got to visit a local quilt shop and there was a SALE going on, they had a wonderful selection of fabrics!!!  Accent on Sewing was the name of the shop, very nice place, if you are in the area I encourage you to go and see them there!  Also worked on a project that I had pre-cut for this trip, unfortunately I forgot to bring my iron so I only got to sew about 75% of it and need to press prior to putting it together, but will post pictures as soon as I am done.
